In this assignment given to me by Legends, I was tasked with designing a 3-5 slide pitch deck showcasing the personality of their client, the PGA of America, and a very high-level overview of why Pepsi-Co would be a great partner for them. Throughout this presentation, I highlighted intersections of where the brands' values align, the global reach of the PGA of America, and what a digital campaign between the two organizations might look like.
For the digital campaign portion of the pitch deck, I chose to use Nitro Pepsi as a focal point of the partnership because I figured that its bubbly flavor and elegant packaging would pair well with the refreshing experience of golf. I decided to name the campaign "A Taste of Golf" and came up with the slogan " A Nitro Smooth Swing" to make this theoretical campaign more catchy. Moreover, I created graphics for PGA-themed Nitro Pepsi packaging as well as some phone and computer mockups showcasing how the campaign could be applied to social media and streaming services.
Overall, I am very proud of the final product and I received a lot of praise from the Legends Creative Team regarding the quality of my content and graphics. I knew next to nothing about either brand prior to this assignment so it was fun for me to learn about these two very different organizations and come up with a strategy to align their interests in a digital campaign.
